RETURN POLICY (Store Customers Please See Store For Details)
If you wish to return an item:
Please contact us with the following information within 7 days of the delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA#):
1. Invoice Number 2. Item Number/Description 3. Reason For Return
Once you are given a RMA#, please write it on the return shipping label (found on the back of the packing slip) and circle the items you’re returning (on the front of the packing slip). Include this slip in the package that you are returning to us.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE!
The RMA# will expire 14 days after issuance. If a package is returned with an expired RMA#, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
10% restocking fee applies when returning an item. This is to offset our costs to process your order, return, and to prepare the items for resale. Please understand that we can only accept items that are new, unopened and in original packaging for return or exchange. Any item returned dirty, washed, used or missing original packaging will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to the purchaser. Refund (less 10% restocking fee, any promotional coupons, shipping/handling, and gift wrapping charges) for the item returned will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping/handling, and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be responsible for the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you. Regardless of the reason for return, you will NOT be refunded for the original shipping/handling charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest customers send all returns via insured mail for protection in the event of loss or damage. Brumbles is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Upon receipt of any return, if the item does not comply with our policies listed above, customer will be charged an additional shipping fee for returning the package back to them.
If you are exchanging your merchandise:
Please follow the same procedure as "If you wish to return an item:" above. We will add the appropriate shipping/handling charges to the new order and charge any balance that exceeds your credit to the credit card used on your original order.
Sales are final for the following:
All custom, special, monogrammed, and/or personalized orders (items that are ordered or custom made especially for you and usually take 2-8 weeks for delivery) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Customers who wish to cancel these items must do so within 24 hours of their transaction.
All holiday-themed, discontinued, and sale items are also non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
If your purchase arrived damaged:
Please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days of the delivery date) with the following information (found on the packing slip), so we may initiate the replacement process:
1. Invoice Number 2. Item Number/Description 3. Shipment Tracking Number 4. Name of Shipper
Please keep all contents and shipping packaging. You may be asked to provide documentation of damage, such as photos or a written statement. All claims against the shipper will be made by us. Once the merchandise is received at our showroom in unsatisfactory condition, the replacement item(s) will be expedited as soon as possible.
If an individual item is defective or is missing parts:
Please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days of the delivery date) with the following information (found on the packing slip):
1. Invoice Number 2. Item Number/Description
Some items will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. In those instances, Brumbles will help facilitate the repair or replacement by the manufacturer.
