CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers who wish to cancel their custom, special, monogrammed, and/or personalized orders must do so within 24 hours of their transactions. Please note that we must enforce this policy because these items are ordered based on your request, therefore, no cancellations are accepted 24 hours after we receive your order.
For in-stock items, you may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipping. However, if an order has been processed but not yet shipped, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee to cover the cost of our credit card processing and refunding fees. If an order is in transit, we will be unable to change or cancel your order, thus you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures to return the items for exchange or refund. No cancellations are accepted once an order is shipped.
