Shipping Information

We use FedEx Ground (commercial) or FedEx Home (residential ground) delivery as our primary shipping method. However, for your convenience, we also offer 3 day and 2 day express shipping (The day your order is shipped is not counted by FedEx when calculating package delivery dates):

1. FedEx Ground (Commercial)/Home Delivery (Residential) - Transit Time – 2 to 7 Business Days (depending on your distance from us)

The easiest way to calculate your shipping/handling (Commercial Ground/Home Delivery) charges is to let us do it for you. Simply add all the items to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Shipping/handling charges will be displayed prior to finalizing your order.  Customers who wish to use Express Saver or 2 Day shipping should contact us for a quote first.

FedEx Ground (Commercial) service days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

FedEx Home Delivery (Residential Ground) service days are Tuesday Through Saturday excluding holidays.

In-stock items are shipped FOB Cincinnati, Ohio within 48 hours after the receipt of your order.  Shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight, package size, and shipping destination. Heavy and/or oversized items are subject to additional delivery surcharges. At this time, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States and do not ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside of the United States.

Most items are shipped directly from our warehouse. However, in order to save on shipping/handling costs, some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This is called "drop ship". Drop ship allows us to ship these items to you with as little handling as possible to avoid shipping damages. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer will be shipped separately from other items in your order and will be sent out standard ground shipping only. Please create a new order per each drop ship item and allow approximately 2 to 8 weeks for delivery.  Drop ship items will be noted on the product information.

Items marked with "free ground shipping/handling" will be shipped separately from other items in your order. Please create a new order per each "free ground shipping/handling" item.

We now offer $7.25 flat S/H rate for USPS Priority shipping method. This rate applies only to in-stock items that weighs 1 lb or less and can be fitted inside a Priority envelope or a Priority pak. To place your order online, please proceed to checkout with the default FedEx shipping rate. The S/H fee will be corrected once we received your order. If you are unsure if your order qualifies for the $7.25 flat S/H charge, please e-mail us first.

Brumbles assumes no liability for orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the credit card used on the order. If an order is refused, shipping/handling charges are not refundable and 10% restocking fee will apply.
