ORDERING INFORMATION

Ordering On-line:  For your shopping convenience, our site is available on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Credit card orders on our site are processed on a secure server.  Your credit card information is protected by encryption using a 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.  To place your order online:

1.	Find the item you want to purchase, click on "Add To Cart" button
2.	Each time you add an item, your shopping cart will be displayed
3.	Click on “Check Out” button once you are done shopping
4.	During the check out process, you will be asked to register and complete the billing  and shipping information
5.	Select a credit card payment…ie American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa and click “Continue”
6.	At this point, you are on a secure server and can safely enter your credit card information
7.	Verify your order and submit it by clicking the “Process Order” button
8.	You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly

If you like to place your order on-line but prefer not to submit your credit card via the internet, you can still use our on-line order form.  Just follow our “Ordering On-line” steps 1-4 above:

5.	Once you are prompted for a payment method, select “Call Me” and click “Continue”
6.	Verify your order and submit it by clicking the “Process Order” button
7.	You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly, and we will call you for your credit card information within 24 hours

Ordering By Mail:  Please go through our “Ordering On-line” steps 1-4 above:

5.	Once you are prompted for a payment method, select “Fax” and click “Continue”
6.	Verify your order and submit it by clicking the ‘Process Order” button
7.	Print out your order
8.	Please include your credit card number and the expiration date somewhere on the form
